Color Codes in the Bet List Overview

Congratulations: your bet is a winning one! If you placed a combined bet, click on the betslip ID to see if you have won all of the combinations or just some of them.
Unfortunately your bet is lost. If you placed a multiple bet, click on the betslip ID to see which of your bets have been incorrect.
Bets may be cancelled or refused by planetwin365 for a variety of reasons. Please read more about this in our Terms & Conditions.
The bet you have just placed is being checked by planetwin365, this might take a few minutes. If your bet is accepted, it will get the status “running”, if planetwin365 decides to decline your bet, it will be marked with a grey cross.
The event(s) you have placed a bet on might be still ongoing and the final results are not yet determined. As soon as we know the outcome of the event, we’ll mark the bet as won or lost.

1) Please login with you username and password. You can find the login area on the top right corner of the website.

2) Select the option “Account” from the top navigation and chose the menu item “Bet List”.

In the list, you can see the betslip ID, the bet type, the date when the bet was placed, the date when the result of the bet had been determined, the stake as well as the outcome and the corresponding winnings.

Please click on the betslip ID in order to see more details. For instance, if you have won a combined bet, you might want to see which combinations you have won. Or if you lost a multiple bet, you might be interested in which events have been predicted incorrectly.

Now, you see all the events that your placed bet contains. Each event is marked with one the following codes:

Colour Codes for Events

The outcome of the event has been predicted correctly.
The outcome of the event has been predicted incorrectly.
The event has not started yet or is still ongoing.

Please note, that events are also marked as yellow if the outcome of the event is no longer relevant to determine if the bet has been won or lost, i.e. if you have placed a multiple bet and one of the events turns out to be a losing one: In that case, we won’t evaluate the outcome of the remaining events anymore since the multiple bet is already lost.
If you bet on a spread that contains “quarter goals” difference (i.e. Asian Handicap or Asian O/U), your bet might be half winning. In this case, half of the stake will be multiplied by the corresponding odd.
If you bet on a spread that contains “quarter goals” difference (i.e. .25 in Asian Handicap or Asian O/U), your bet might be half losing. In this case, half of the stake will be refunded.
If you placed a bet where there is the possibility to get your stake back (DNB, Asian Handicap etc.), the event will be marked as “won with odd 1”. In this case, the event will still be counted for the calculation of the bonus on multiples.
A bet is considered void

• if an event is interrupted for any reason (even in the last minute) and not continued and finished by the end of the following day, local time.
• if the event did not take place within the relevant time frame or at the listed venue.
• if a competitor, team or participant does not take part in the betting event.
• For more details please check our Terms and Conditions as well as our sport rules.

The event will then be settled with the odd 1, but the event won’t count for the bonus on multiples. I.e. if you place a multiple bet that contains 10 events and 2 events are considered void, the applicable bonus will be calculated on the basis of those 8 valid events, thus you’ll receive 20% Bonus instead of 30%.
